Copyrights And Licensing
All content published in the Review of Law and Social Sciences (RLSS) is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), unless otherwise stated.
Under this licensing arrangement, authors retain copyright in their work and grant the journal and its publisher a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and make the work publicly available as part of the journal and its associated services, platforms, and indexing systems.
Author Rights
Authors publishing in RLSS retain copyright in their articles and may:

share, distribute, and reproduce their published work for non-commercial purposes

deposit the published version of the article in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networking platforms, subject to appropriate acknowledgment of first publication in RLSS

reuse their own work in future scholarly publications, books, teaching materials, and academic presentations, provided that proper citation to the original publication in RLSS is included
Rights of Readers and Third Parties
The CC BY-NC 4.0 license permits readers and third parties to read, download, copy, share, and adapt the published material for non-commercial purposes, provided that:

Author Responsibility for Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions to reproduce copyrighted material owned by third parties, including images, tables, figures, lengthy quotations, datasets, or other content not originally created by the author(s). Any such material must be properly acknowledged in the manuscript.
Licensing of Published Content
By submitting and publishing in RLSS, authors confirm that:
