Open Access Policy

The Review of Law and Social Sciences (RLSS) is an open-access journal and provides immediate, free access to its published content for readers worldwide. All articles are available online without subscription or access charges. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles for lawful, non-commercial, and academic purposes without prior permission from the journal or publisher, provided that proper citation and acknowledgment of the original source are given.

The journal publishes its content under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license. Under this license, authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. Authors may reuse, share, and distribute their published work for lawful purposes, provided that appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication in RLSS is made.
