Ownership of Published Articles

Authors publishing in the Review of Law and Social Sciences (RLSS) retain copyright of their published work. By submitting and publishing their manuscripts in RLSS, authors grant the journal the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, archive, and disseminate the article as part of the journal’s scholarly record.

All published articles are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, users may read, download, copy, reproduce, share, distribute, and display the published work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and to RLSS as the source of publication, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are clearly indicated.
