Analysis of the Degree of Stress and Stress Management Among Health Workers Drugging Covid-19

Abstract

This study was carried out in 3 major hospitals of district Charsadda with the sole aim to explore the degree of stress and its management among health workers during covid-19 pandemic. A sample size of 203 out of 430 was selected for primary data collection by the application of Sekaran (2003) criteria of sample size determination. Further the primary data was coded into SPSS (20version) for descriptive analysis i.e. frequency and percentage distribution. The study concluded with regards to the findings highlighted that 82.3% of the respondents have monthly income above Rs 500000, 64.5% of the respondents do not think it psychosocially, 76.8% of the respondents were engaged in their religious practice, 66.0% of the respondents worried about their health of loved ones, 73.4% of the respondents do not engaged in behavior hazardous to health safety, 72.9% of the respondents do not have nervous habits. The study recommended that we should ensure to aware the mass through different agencies i.e., social media, electronic media, by giving vaccinations to all citizens irrespectively of their gender, race and religion.
