This qualitative study investigates the beliefs and practices surrounding the Shrine of Jakarr Baba Dir Lower, highlighting its role in addressing various personal problems and familial problems i.e. solutions to socioeconomic vulnerabilities, infertility, and Spiritual and Physical Healing as well as in livestock improvements. The primary data were collected from a sample of 35 respondents through in-depth interviews by convenient and purposive sampling. The data were analyzed through thematic analysis. The primary data revealed a strong connection between shrine devotion, infertility, spiritual and Physical healing, and Poverty. Local beliefs and superstitions, centered on fertility, physical illness, Poverty, and livestock, illustrate the shrine's profound influence. The study underscores the shrine's provision of community, hope, and perceived solutions for its devotees. Investing in education, healthcare, social services, and critical thinking skills is crucial for empowering individuals to make informed decisions.
