Abstract

This research paper investigated how patients faced difficulties in the government hospitals of Lahore. The main focus of this study is to find out the lack of essential services that patients need in government hospitals of Lahore, which badly affects patient satisfaction. The research shows that patients in government hospitals of Lahore face difficulties with services provided by government hospitals and treatment for any disease. The study recommended that the government pay proper attention and give the patients a transparent environment and infrastructure. Medication should be provided with transparency, and all these problems can be a solid motivation to improve the quality of government hospitals regarding patients’ desires.
