A quantitative research and cross-sectional design were used, and data was collected from a sample size of (N=207) in Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa schools, Pakistan. A Questionnaire technique was used, and the SPSS 21 version was applied in the form of descriptive and inferential analysis. The result indicates that father-adolescent conflict was a significant negative predictor of social-emotional adjustment, and it was also a significant negative predictor of academic achievements among adolescent students. The recommendation was put forward to the policymakers that clinical psychologists and counselors arrange awareness counseling strategies for the parent-adolescent conflict among parents and students. The student's social-emotional adjustment and academic achievement should be resolved, and these were the causes of conflict with their parents.
